The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Diaspora Programme and the DEMAC initiative, are seeking a consultant with extensive experience in the humanitarian sector to conduct a comprehensive review of diaspora actors’ roles in supporting localisation. This consultancy will explore the contributions and challenges of diaspora actors in locally led humanitarian responses, identifying gaps in their inclusion and offering practical recommendations for enhancing their involvement. With a focus on qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic recommendations, the consultant will produce a detailed report and position paper aimed at influencing global humanitarian policy and practice.
