External Consultant of the Strategy Support to CCCM Cluster and YDR Consortium Yemen

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is the lead agency for the Yemen Displacement Response (YDR) Consortium and has received a grant from ECHO for the implementation of humanitarian aid operations in Yemen. The YDR Consortium responds to the needs of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in camp-like settings and hosting communities and aims to improve living conditions and support durable solutions for the displacement-affected populations. The YDR Consortium seeks proposals from a consultant to provide strategy support to the Yemen CCCM Cluster and YDR Consortium for drafting and refinement of the CCCM Cluster Strategy 2025-2027, and facilitation and development of a CCCM Capacity Building Strategy.

DRC Yemen therefore kindly invites all qualified consultancy service providers to participate and respond to the RFP by submission of proposals. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference TOR- Annex F.

Your proposal must be expressed in English and valid for a minimum period of 30 days.
