DKHQ - Global Guidance for Local Partnership Review Process

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from DANIDA MFA under the Strategic Partnership Agreement with DRC. Part of this operation is the consultancy services to develop Global guidance for local partnership review process. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex F.

The DRC seeks a consultant to develop global guidance for country offices to systematically collect feedback on DRC’s partnership approach to engaging with local actors, including partners’ perspective on the partnership itself and adherence to the partnering principles that guide DRC partnerships. The development of this guidance will include capturing learning from accompanying country offices piloting the tool, on DRC’s performance in a partner role
