Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify potential consultants who can carry out a strategic thematic evaluation of DRC’s ability to respond to large emergencies

Responding to emergencies to address critical needs and provide lifesaving services is central to Danish Refugee Council (DRC)’s work in acute crises, and the organization has built extensive experience and expertise in emergency response over several decades. 

Through this Expression of Interest (EOI), DRC from its global Headquarters seeks to identify potential consultants to carry out a strategic thematic evaluation of DRC’s ability to respond to large emergencies. These responses offer an opportunity to critically reflect on DRC’s organizational performance in larger crises while also identifying learnings for future responses on the application of scale-up mechanisms; and informing strategic discussions on further organizational development.
